The tracking information isn’t correct?
Please verify the tracking information that was emailed to you. Contact us at waltswellnessusa@gmail.com to verify the tracking number.
My shipment is delayed?
Unfortunately, we cannot control and delays by Carrier. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons including weather. Again, please verify that the tracking information is correct.
My order is incorrect?
Please email us at waltswellnessusa@gmail.com within 24 hours if the order you have received was incorrect for any reason. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and if there is an issue, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
I don’t like my product?
No Warranty on any sealed containers.
All Liquid orders are custom filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded even if it has not been shipped from our facility or received by the customer. Also, due to the consumable nature of these products and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our facility, returns or refunds are not allowed for any type of liquid ordered. The Juice Connection is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it’s function or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.
